2. About Unyfy
Unyfy is an AI-first personal finance platform and loan aggregation service operated by Unyfy Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Unyfy provides personal finance analysis using Gmail and SMS data, expense tracking, credit intelligence, and loan comparison services. Unyfy does not directly sanction or disburse loans. Loan approval, interest rates, eligibility, tenure, fees, and disbursement are determined solely by partner banks/NBFCs.
3. Use of Service
You may use Unyfy's services for the following purposes:

- ✓Tracking expenses, subscriptions, and EMIs

5. Data Usage
Unyfy collects Gmail data and SMS data for personal finance analysis. By using our services, you consent to this data collection. Your data is stored securely on AWS servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data to third parties. 6. Indicative Offers & Disclaimers
- aAny interest rate, EMI, eligibility, or "offer" shown is indicative and may change after document verification and credit assessment.
- bEMI calculations are estimates based on inputs provided by you and standard reducing balance formula.
- cUnyfy may display comparisons against assumed market rates for illustration; actual savings may vary.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unyfy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the website, app, or partner lender decisions. Unyfy provides AI-powered analysis for informational purposes and does not guarantee the accuracy of financial recommendations.
8. Third-Party Links & Services
The website and app may contain links or references to third-party websites/services. Unyfy is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
9. Facilitator & Financial Institution Disclosure
The Platform facilitates access to financial products offered by regulated financial institutions ("Financial Institutions") and may use third-party technology providers such as Refo Tech Systems Private Limited ("Refo") to enable the application journey. The Platform and Refo act solely as facilitators and are not issuers or providers of financial products. All decisions relating to approval, issuance, pricing, and terms are made solely by the respective Financial Institution, which shall be clearly disclosed to the User prior to application.
The User acknowledges and consents that their personal, financial, and credit information may be collected, processed, and shared between the Platform, Refo, Financial Institutions, credit bureaus, and authorized entities for the purpose of application processing, verification, credit assessment, and servicing. The User further understands that the application journey may involve multiple intermediaries and that any offers, limits, or terms displayed are indicative and subject to final evaluation by the Financial Institution. Neither the Platform nor Refo guarantees approval or final terms.
The User consents to being contacted by the Platform, Refo, and Financial Institutions for application processing and related communication. For product-related grievances, the User shall approach the respective Financial Institution, while platform-related issues may be addressed to the Platform or Refo.
10. Changes
Unyfy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
