1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered on the Unyfy platform by Unyfy Technologies Private Limited ("Unyfy", "we", "us"), including the Unyfy Premium subscription and digital gift vouchers purchased through the app.
2. Unyfy Premium Subscription
Unyfy Premium is billed at ₹99/month. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app; cancellation stops future billing and your Premium access continues until the end of the paid billing cycle.
7-day refund: First-time Premium subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if they have not materially used Premium features. Refund requests after 7 days, or for subsequent renewals, are generally not eligible.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Digital Gift Vouchers
Digital gift vouchers purchased through Unyfy are delivered instantly and are non-refundable and non-cancellable once issued, in line with brand partner policies. If a voucher fails to deliver or is invalid at issuance, contact us within 48 hours and we will reissue the voucher or refund the purchase amount.
4. Loan Aggregation Services
Unyfy does not charge end users for loan applications submitted through the platform. No refund applies. Any fees levied by partner banks/NBFCs (processing fees, prepayment charges, etc.) are governed by the lender's own policies.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@unyfy.co.in from the email address linked to your Unyfy account with your registered mobile number, transaction ID, and reason for the refund. You may also reach us on WhatsApp at 8088228716. We respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
